Viktors Lapčenoks

Born: January 16, 1947, Riga, Latvian SSR, USSR. Latvian Estrada singer. He has cooperated for a long time with [a=Raimonds Pauls] performing many of his songs. In 70's he achieved triumphal success with legendary duet [a=Nora Bumbiere Un Viktors Lapčenoks], lasting for years through countless melodies, records, and concerts. And even now in the singer's golden repertoire still are the Pauls's songs written specially for him and [a=Nora Bumbiere].
