Ernst Ulrich Figgen, best known as [a99807] (born 18 January 1963 in Dortmund), is a German singer, guitarist and composer. In 1985, he founded the band [a19604]. In the mid 1990s he also recorded 2 albums with his heavy metal band [a371405].
