Ibrahim Ferrer

Ibrahim Ferrer (20 February 1927 – 6 August 2005) was a Cuban singer. He became known internationally through [a=Ry Cooder]'s [i]Buena Vista Social Club[/i] in the late 1990s. Afterwards, although he had already finished his music career earlier, he released a few albums of his own.
