Wilhelm Carl (Karl) Grimm, born 24 February 1786 in Hanau, Germany, died 16 December 1859 in Berlin, Germany. He was a German author and anthropologist. He was the younger brother of [a=Jacob Grimm], of the literary duo the Brothers Grimm ([a=Gebrüder Grimm]).
