Nikolay Erdenko (Romani: Nikolà Ivanovič Erděnko; November 29, 1945 – March 27, 2006) was a Russian Romani violinist, singer (baritone), popular performer of romances and gypsy folk and author's songs of the second half of the XX century, creator of the [a=Джанг] ensemble, musical director of the Romen Theater. Winner of the Golden Note award. Representative of the Servite Gypsy dynasty Erdenko. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1996). The elder brother of [a=Сергей Эрденко].
