House music collaboration project of Jon Denisi and Chris Jordan stemming from shared interests in promoting the burgeoning local underground house music scene in London, Ontario, Canada. Formed in 1993, Jon's instrumental role in creating the Underground Groove organization, DJ'ing, promoting events, and Chris's live sound, and studio production activities inspired Xcel-O's only single - with generous support from notable industry contemporaries: John Acquaviva (+8; Definitive), Peter & Tyrone (The Klubb Kidz), Greg Z. & Paul M. (The Stickmen). "Feel It" was originally recorded and mixed in December, 1993 at the first iteration of Phat Sound Studios in London, Canada, with subsequent mixes completed in early 1994 by the other contributing artists in London, and Toronto.
