Jotaro Takagi

Japanese guitarist from Osaka, later relocated to Tokyo. He has also played in the Osaka hardcore legends, Mohawks, and another band called Whip Brain (written as Hoip BrainS on early flyers) that also had Shintani from Rapes and Dynamite Tommy as members, both of which existed around 1983.
