Eva Cortés

Eva Cortés is a jazz singer, composer and lyricist born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, in 1972. At the age of three she moved with her family to Seville, Spain, living for a long time in the Triana District. At the age of eight she participated in the album [r4187893] with [a=Mocedades], [a=Miguel Bosé], [a=Ana Belén] and [a=Víctor Manuel], although her interest turned to jazz to which she brings a clear influence of flamenco, especially noticeable in her pronunciation. In 2000 she settled in Madrid and in 2006 she made her first album, "Sola Contigo", recorded in Chile, mixed in Paris and released in 2007 under the name of Eva Escot.
