Phil Perry (2)

American soul - funk - songwriter - singer - keyboardist. Born on 12.01.1952 in Springfield, Illinois. In 1985 he married the singer [a=Lillian Tynes]. He started his solo career in late 80's after the demise of duo [a=Perry & Sanlin], an act he had with [a=Kevin Sanlin] with whom they were members of the early 70's soul group [a=The Montclairs]. He has done lots of session work as back vocalist in a wide range of artists' recordings - from [a=Aretha Franklin] to [a=Lee Ritenour] and [a=Toto].
