UK group initially performing under the name Heatwave. The band signed with John Edward's Instant production & management company and released one single as that name, at which point drummer [a=Martin H. Samuel] was replaced by [a=Steve Rickard] and a one-off single as [a=Peters World] was released before the band was renamed as [a=The Sensations (4)], which then morphed into [a=The Sensation].
