Heavy Metal band from Regensburg/Germany. The only left founding member [a1437549] was the leader of the band throughout. Mass was founded in 1973 using the name Black Mass. During their early days they played a progressive style of Blues Rock, then changed to more Hard Rock, as known from the first three albums. Their recordings for a debut album for [l4898] were never released and seem to be lost, except for one song that appeared on [r2615748]. In the 80s Mass changed their style to Heavy Metal.
