Pepe Shine is a Malagasy evangelical artist from Mahajanga, a city located on the northwest coast of Madagascar. She began her national career with a significant impact thanks to her interpretation of Moses Bliss' song entitled "Too Faithfull", which she translated into Malagasy under the title "Mahatoky Loatra". This adaptation became a true anthem that resonated in all regions of the country.
