Presuntos Implicados

Pop-rock band from Valencia (Spain) first formed in 1983 as a party band with a lot of people from "Orquesta En Forma" (Montse Muñoz and Enrique Ortuño, vocals; Juan Carlos Lax, keyboards; Pedro Martínez Serrano, drums; Francisco Rodríguez Azorín, bass; Pedro Pérez Hernández, sax; José Miguel Ibáñez Lax, trombone...). They soon split-up and only remained Sole Giménez (now as leader vocalist) and Juan Luis Giménez (guitar), who with Pablo Gómez (guitar) recorded some demos. Pablo quit and they signed on Javier Vela (bass) as new member (later on "Girasoules"), soon substituted by Nacho Mañó, session man and producer involved with Latin-jazz and mediterranean songwriters. They gained enormous success in the '80s and '90s with soft melodies and tender lyrics. In January 2006 Sole decided to start a solo career. After some time, Nacho and Juan Luis decided to continue with a new singer: Lydia (Lydia Rodríguez Fernández), known as Spanish representative in 1999' Eurovision contest and with a solid solo career. They recorded their first album "Será" in 2008.
