Тейсутис Антано Макачинас (born September 5, 1938, Kaunas) is a Lithuanian and Soviet composer, teacher, conductor. Professor at the Lithuanian Academy of music and theater (since 1996). Honored Art Worker of the Lithuanian SSR. Winner of the S. Shimkus Republican prize (1967 and 1969), president of the Lithuanian Copyright Association. One of the disco pioneers in the USSR who made his contribution to the development of Soviet space sound.
