Rose Marie Lombardo

Big band vocalist who sang with the orchestra of her brother, [a=Guy Lombardo], throughout the 1940s. She became the Royal Canadians' first female vocalist in 1941, at the age of 16. She left the band in 1948, but was coaxed back periodically, and on New Year's Eve 1955, she performed on the Royal Canadians' annual broadcast on WRCA TV (New York).
