Curt-Åke Stefan

Swedish musician, recording engineer and music producer, born March 28, 1951 in Norrköping. During the 1970s, Stefan was active as a guitar and keyboard player in the band Piska mig hårt, later known as Eldkvarn. When this band released their first album in 1974 on the record company MNW in Vaxholm, Stefan also started a career as a sound engineer there, when Bo Anders Larsson left the MNW studio. With Eldkvarn, Stefan appeared in Johan Bergenstråhle's feature film Hallo Baby (1976). After the fourth album (1979), Eldkvarn left MNW and went to Silence Records, while Stefan left the band and remained at MNW as a sound engineer. As such, he has since appeared on a number of music albums with various artists and music groups. In the early 1980s, he was also a keyboard player in the band Rockvindar, which also included Thorsten Flinck, among others. Since 2004, Stefan has run his business in the form of his own company in Vaxholm.[1] Stefan is married to psychologist and psychotherapist [a3328272], former member of the music group Röda bönor.
