Akira is a German dance project created in 2004 by [a=Manuel Reuter] & [a=Yann Peifer]. The duo would eventually create the more successful project "[a=Cascada]". Their debut single "Piece Of Heaven" is a cover version of the [a=A Seven] track, and features the lead singer of Cascada, [a=Natalie Horler]. The second single "Wanna Be With You" was produced by M.A.S. de Vries, joined by Michel Diederiks for the following singles. The project stopped early on due to the success of Cascada.
