Marianne Mille

French singer and composer. Born in 1945 in Marseille (France). Her Mother, Éliane Meyer (alias [a=Florence Véran]) has recorded several records and composed for a lot of artist: [a=Philippe Clay], [a=André Claveau], [a=Juliette Gréco], [a=Édith Piaf]... Her pseudonym is Mille because her first single, issued in 1963, was sponsored by car manufacturer Simca which marketed the "Simca 1000" (Mille in french). The duo [a747805] and Marianne Mille, a couple in life since 1968, appeared for the first time in 1970 with the hit single "Dis A Ton Fils".
