Jarek Śmigiel

Polish bassist he joined the rest of the musicians in 1992 to complete the line-up of the band Illusion. He made his television debut - a performance with the band Tubajhorus - at the age of 17. He played in Efekt Marzeń and IMTM, and in 1998, together with Paweł Herbasch, he founded the group Oxy.gen. He has composed music for Robert Turło's film "Wall", which was nominated for the Golden Palm at Cannes. In between recordings and concerts, he makes quite a career… in marketing. A guy with a strong character and lots of energy. Likes to have the last word. He thinks quickly (always rationally!) and makes decisions even faster. Everything he engages in turns into gold. According to the rest of the band, he is a brilliant bass player, appreciated for his aggressive sound and technical versatility.
