Christian Hommel

German oboist, born in 1963. He studied oboe with [a=Heinz Holliger] in Freiburg and piano under [a=James Avery (2)]. He was co-founder and conductor of the "[a=Ensemble Aventure]" for contemporary music, and is professor at the "Hochschule für Künste" in Bremen.
