CHISA was originally a dancer based in Kansai area. Avex noticed her absolute performance and presence, and encouraged her to take lessons in Tokyo. CHISA entered Avex Artist Academy on a scholarship, and there met Daisuke Suzuki(key) who was a writer mainly contributing tracks for other artists. After recording several demo tracks, the two caught the attention of Avex CEO, MAX Matsuura. Adding Yuji Inoue as guitar, their debut is fixed on September, 2008.
