Pablo Rafael González Romero, best known as Mulato, is a Venezuelan Reggae-Pop music singer and songwriter. Mulato has achieved commercial success both domestic and internationally. His self-titled debut album Mulato (1996) produced the hit single Echa Pa'Lla, still his most successful song.
