Jim Price

American multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, arranger and songwriter, born in Fort Worth, Texas. He first emerged as session musician in Los Angeles, CA as a trumpet and trombone player in 1970's. Then he played on records and on tour with George Harrison, the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Barbra Streisand and Joe Cocker, to name a few. During the 1980's, Price added the composition of film scores, TV shows themes and TV/Radio commercials to his repertoire. Throughout the 1990s and into the 21st century, he continued to perform, compose and record, playing alongside artists such as : Eddie Van Halen, Sheryl Crow, Bryan Adams, Peter Frampton and many more. [b]Do not confuse with[/b] [a=Joe Price (2)] who co-wrote "Indian Rope Man".
