Roy Copestake

British trumpeter. Born in 1912 in England - Died in 1979. Uncle of [a=Philip Jones]. In 1951, his nephew established the [a=Philip Jones Brass Ensemble], and he became his second trumpet. In 1967 he was one of the session musicians called in by [a=The Beatles] for their [m=54463] album. He passed away in 1979 when he was 67 years old.
