Petra Janů

Czech vocalist and actress. Born November 19, 1952 in Prague (former Czechoslovakia) as Jana Petrů. Adopted the name “Petra Janů” in the early 1970s in order to avoid confusion with a popular 1960s vocalist of the same name, [a=Jana Petrů]. Cast member of the Semafor Theatre Prague 1972–1977.
