American composer, singer and music therapist. Born November 6, 1930 in Westerleigh, Staten Island, New York, USA. Died November 20, 2022. Best known for compositions and performances for children. Her performances included three operas, many songs, and appearances on TV, including as co-host of the television show "Birthday House" with [a826512]. She studied music at the Eastman and the Juilliard Schools of Music.
