Frank Miller (3)

US Cellist, Composer and Musical Director (1912–1986), whose professional career spanned over a half century. Miller studied at Curtis Institute of Music and at age 18, joined [a=The Philadelphia Orchestra]. His longest stints were principal cellist of the [a=NBC Symphony Orchestra] and the [a=Chicago Symphony Orchestra] and conductor of the Evanston Symphony Orchestra.
