Riley & Durrant

Progressive House and Trance duo from Leeds, UK, comprising of Nicholas James Riley & Andrew Richard Durrant. Andi Durrant and Nick Riley met whilst DJing together at Sheffield super-club Gatecrasher in 2002 and produced music together since 2003. Alongside Gatecrasher they held residencies and were regulars at some of the biggest UK superclubs of the late 90s and early 2000s, including Cream, Godskitchen, Passion, Slinky, Ministry of Sound, Amnesia, Space and Privilege Ibiza. Most notable for their UK radio shows on Galaxy, Capital and Kiss, Riley & Durrant have been influential in playing and promoting underground electronic music in the UK for the last 25 years. They remixed artists including Armin van Buuren, Way Out West, Paul van Dyk, Chicane, Jes, Laidback Luke and many more. In 2013 they founded audio company This Is Distorted - now the world biggests producer and supplier of music radio programmes (https://www.thisisdistorted.com) While no longer producing music, Riley & Durrant still play occasional festivals and clubs, and run their own Dance Music Archive events.
