Jean Papy

Ramazani Nkalu-Luaka was born on November 3, 1949 to Nsingi Mboko Emmanuel Nkalu-Luaka and Maceo Cecille Mansanga in Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic - Congo. He passed away on January 27, 2021 in Everett, Washington. He was a professional singer, songwriter and musician who had been known to play many different instruments, creating 8 albums and would tour all over performing. He had become a citizen of Europe, yet he emigrated to the United States over 30 years ago. Ramazami found the Northwest and made it his home partly because the loved the outdoors, the Evergreen trees and the mild climate. He will be greatly missed by his many family members throughout the world and by all who knew him. He was kind and caring and in his later years his occupation included caring for others. His primary arrangements are under the care of Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery in Everett, Washington, though he will be laid to rest near his eldest daughter's home in Maryland.
