Αντώνης Βαρδής

Antonis Vardis (1948 - 2014) was a Greek singer, composer, lyricist, producer and guitarist from Athens. He is the father of [a=Γιάννης Βαρδής] (Giannis Vardis). In 1965 he founded [a=The Vikings (9)]. He collaborated with several legendary Greek musicians. In 1981, Vardis was diagnosed with cancer. He left us on 2 Sept. 2014 at Hygeia Hospital in Athens.
